Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
How to return
Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used consumable products, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-returnable.
